Why are there 2 options, and why is this important?
For Minnesota residents, there is a choice of networks because it is where the insurance company corporate location is.
Review the networks carefully. Once you select a network, you’re locked in with your choice for the full calendar year. You cannot change networks mid-year unless you experience a qualifying life event (QLE) midyear. You have within 30 days to report QLE to ESSG’s Employee Benefits Team.
